This position can grow into a management position.  We are experiencing growth that has the Baton Rouge  retail community in a buzz. We are currently working with two of the largest telecommunications clients in the country. We currently have 15 corporately run retail locations throughout Baton Rouge in which we consult with both current and prospective customers on a daily basis. Smarz & Associates Inc., is seeking sales focused, customer service oriented people to join our team.

All of our team members are trained in the areas of customer service, consulting, inside sales, as well as office management and administration. We value integrity and can’t stand pushy sales reps. We emphasize face to face interaction, building relationships, and are looking for outgoing individuals that love talking to people. We provide comprehensive training and opportunity for growth. Our training involves hands-on customer service, test marketing, campaign management, and product development.
