Internal Auditor (Contract Compliance)

Cartridge World is seeking an experienced, professional Internal Auditor with experience as an Internal Auditor to work with franchise locations throughout the United States and ensure compliance with Corporate financial and operational guidelines. Cartridge World is an industry leader in the refilling and manufacturing of printer cartridges, and one of the fastest growing franchisors around. Responsibilities Will Include:
Review and analyze data submitted by franchisee to financial staff at Cartridge World corporate headquarters and makes recommendations to comply with policies.
Prepare and issue audit reports following each examination and directed to the appropriate level of management based on the findings.
Observe physical inventories to ensure compliance with Cartridge World’s procurement standards.
Assist in resolving deficiencies with operating personnel to verify facts and to obtain explanations.
Develop solutions for routine technical issues arising during the performance of the audit project.
Audit accounting and statistical data in order to verify reliability and integrity of information.
Prepare planning documentation including audit schedule and planning memos.
Appraise the adequacy of corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions.

Ideal candidate must have:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field;
2-4 years internal auditing experience
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, NetSuite or like system)
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting and Auditing Principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent prioritization, organization and multi-tasking abilities
Strong ability to follow through
Ability to travel
