As Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for all day-to-day management responsibilities of the retail location, including, but not limited to: Inventory Management: understanding and compliance with all procedural aspects of Inventory Management including special orders, on-account orders, store transfers, processing shipments and shrink control. understanding and managing the financial well-being of the store using the annual budget and monthly Profit and Loss reports. Marketing: coordinating marketing programs at store level along with ensuring compliance to National Marketing programs.Initiative and Direction:taking initiative to ensure all store tasks are completed accurately and timely – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as assigned with minimal supervision.We offer a total compensation package including competitive salary, full medical and dental benefits, 401k plan, company profit sharing plan, employee monthly incentive program, paid sick/vacation leave, and a generous employee merchandise discount.We would love to see your resume if you have 1-3 years retail store management experience, proven leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service and selling skills.The Manager schedule will vary based upon business needs so some nights and weekends are required, but a flexible schedule is mandatory.
