GameStop may be just the place for you!!!We seek an Inventory Specialist to assist in the inventory accuracy of all stores by updating daily store activity on file from nightly transmission and maintaining all inventory files. Research and resolve issues affecting stores’ inventory onhands. Other responsibilities include:· Effectively communicate research results in a timely manner (one business day) to field customers’ arising from their inventory, transfer, or Distro inquiries.· Foster partnerships with field customers to resolve inventory accuracy issues.· Using Inventory Control programs and tools (SKU Research, Babbage’s Retail Inventory Allocation Network, Store-to-Store Transfer Notes, Store-to-Warehouse Transfer Notes, IC Track) research title and quantity discrepancies and take appropriate action to reflect accurate BRIAN quantities.· Research and resolve inventory issues that result from stores’ sales, store-to-store transfers, Distros, or store-to-warehouse transfers. Qualified candidates will possess the following: · Accurate typing and data entry skills via personal computer keyboard.· Recognize discrepancies in written/recorded data/information.· Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with management and field personnel.· High School Diploma or GED· Proficient in common computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel. GameStop offers a comprehensive benefits plan, associate discounts, tuition reimbursement, causal and fun work environment that offers challenging assignments, located near DFW airport.  We are currently accepting resumes for this great opportunity.
