Excellent planning & allocation team in place to handle those responsibilities. Responsibilities:  Conceptualize, buy, develop, and execute new products and concepts at large scale volume Create proprietary brands in collaboration with creative team Analyze trends, manage & respond appropriately &quickly Lead, manage, and develop staff Exercise independent judgment and take initiative to drive results  Requirements:  1+ yrs recent experience at appropriate level of responsibility in a large-scale retail environment, buying footwear, apparel, accessories or fashion-based product Product development experience or private brand buying experience is a plus Strong product, negotiation, analytical, communication and leadership skills. Computer Proficiency including spreadsheets such as Excel Supervisory experience for buyer level & above Must be decisive – able to take risks – confident Bachelor degree required  Company is thriving financially.
