Dollar General is currently seeking a Leave Coordinator to act as primary liaison with third party leave administrator and employee's manager to keep manager aware of leave status.This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of leave status in the HRIS system, including the transition of employee to Dollar General approved leave programs and the employees return to work.  As a Leave Coordinator you will also ensure employee's leave of absence complies with company policies, including the coordination between FMLA and workers’ compensation programs.  Able to identify trends and make recommendations to improve processes. Excellent Problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and research skills. Strong computer skills including call-tracking software, Excel, Access and Word. Able to collaborate with different type of people and build consensus. Good understanding of retail and corporate operations. Strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented.

Work Experience and/or Education High school diploma or equivalent One year work experience preferred in human resources

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential.
