  Job description: The Lead Developer (JDeveloper IDE) maintains responsibility for applications dealing with the overall operating system, such as sophisticated file maintenance routines, large telecommunications networks, computer accounting and advanced mathematical/ scientific software packages.  Assesses the business and organizational implications of key application technology alternatives for wide-impact initiatives; recommends appropriate action.  Guides the development team in overall application technology design activities; leads the identification and definition of key architectures, components and interfaces, design of data model and data/information flows.  Leads the identification and definition of key architectures, components and interfaces, design of data model (entity relationships) and data/information flows.  Assesses the business and organizational implications of key application technology alternatives for wide-impact initiatives to recommend appropriate strategic action.   Qualifications:Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent training and experience.  Graduate degree preferred. Approximately 8-12 years experience in related field. Extensive Java development required using JDeveloper IDE. Ability to create J2EE applications using Servlets, JavaServer Pages (JSP), Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB), and Web services. Oracle OAF or ADF development experience preferred. JDBC knowledge a must. HTML/XML knowledge a must. Oracle database expertise required. PL/SQL expertise required. Unix operating system fundamentals required. Concurrent Program Manager familiarity. Shell scripting and system navigation within a Unix environment for code development needed. ESP job scheduler a plus. SubVersion and ITG source code migration/management tools preferred.
