Logistics Analyst II

Provides analytical support to ensure the smooth execution of network strategy. Assists with data collection and prepares analyses for financial and capacity modeling and facility design efforts. Run capacity models and prepare high-level summaries to ensure facilities have sufficient capabilities to meet future growth. Recommend and implement improvements to these models to increase effectiveness.Prepare monthly capacity summaries by facility highlighting the most impactful skus and their effect on current capabilities. Partner with Inventory Management and Operations to run sensitivities to assist in short-term tactical planning.Assist with data collection efforts and provide analyses to support facility design efforts and long-term supply chain network strategy efforts. Write and run macros / queries as needed to assemble raw data for input into models or other analysis efforts.Assist in the financial modeling of logistics capital projects (retrofits and new facilities).Ad hoc assignments as required. Qualifications Two to four years experience, preferably in the logistics field. Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts. Strong computer/analytical skills (Excel, Access, Microsoft Word) required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing others in a matrix organization. Financial analysis/justification experience and/or CAD a plus. Engineering or finance degree preferred. Apply
