We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to start immediately and support the opening of this exciting NEW store!

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Efficiently manage the day to day operations of the store

· Maximize Sales

· Create a service focused environment

· Develop store personnel within established guidelines

· Effect change in a new way

· Achieve measurable results

· Cost management (payroll and expenses)

· Maintain visual presentation standards

· Maintain communication with regional Manager and Merchandising Team

 

Requirements

· A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar capacity

· Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Store Operations and Merchandising

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to innovate, problem solve and deliver results

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, as dictated by the needs of the business
