Job Purpose:
Serve customers by helping them select products for individual need. Provide an exceptional and memorable shopping experience every time.

Duties:
Answer phone using company customized tag line.
Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters: suggesting items.
Advises customers by providing information on products
Helps customers make selection on a one on one basis by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and personal opinions
Professional appearance and sales techniques.
Aptitude for customer service and sales techniques.
Answer and resolve specific customer questions and concerns.
Ensure a safe, clean and pleasant retail environment for our customers shopping experience.
Be creative with displays and merchandising
