Loss Prevention Coordinator

What You Do:Responsible for the physical security of the corporate offices including building security, CCTV, and maintenance of the access control system. Maintain the integrity of the employee database for the corporate office access control system. Partner with store management teams in processing alarm code change requests; conduct follow-up to ensure all codes are current and functioning properly. Coordinate repair requests for all stores with various security vendors for issues relating to the alarm system, CCTV, EAS, safe and key changes/repairs. Assist in the development and maintenance of the recordkeeping and database administration for CCTV, alarm, access control, safe, key, and core vendors. Administer alarm payment requests by local and state jurisdictions for processing and payment.What's Required: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the retail industry Must possess an interest in the Loss Prevention field Technical skills with MS Outlook, Excel and Word; Access is a plus Above average written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and pressure-filled department
