Job Description:

PURPOSE: 

To coordinate and dispatch vendors of choice, technicians or in house mechanics to all retail store locations on a priority basis to maintain proper operational order.

Person selected will: Be crossed trained in Customer Service and Problem Resolution.  Receive training in computer applications to generate work orders that will successfully dispatch vendors, technicians, and in-house mechanics to repair maintenance problems and maintain proper operational order of retail operations.

Requirements: Call Center, Customer Service, Grocery Industry, Facilities Management, a plus Ability to prioritize workload and work between several projects/tasks Excellent communications skills and an affinity for working with people Good phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice Team player Experience working with vendors Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Stable work history for 2+ years Punctuality and Great Attendance Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge Must be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays Must be able to work with minimum supervision and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail Minimum of "Meets Expectations" on most recent Performance Appraisal
