Maintenance Mechanic - Dayton Distribution Center

Qualified candidates are responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of Facility equipment and buildings/grounds. Candidate will be required to physically maintain all integral components in a manner consistent with Mfg.standards. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of conveyor systems, material handling equipment and warehouse storage racking and components.  Abides by The Children's Place and state regulated safety policies. Notifies Supervisor of any safety violations.       Supports Maintenance Supervisor with miscellaneous tasks such as; routine facility inspections, fire system inspections, light tenant improvement projects, etc. Keeps work area in a clean and well organized manner.Qualifications: Working knowledge of the following systems/programs; PLC, RSC, PickDirector and SortDirector. Possess a good working knowledge of Bar Code scanners and label applicators. Hands on experience with Rapistan conveyor systems or similar. Proficient industrial voltage electrical skills and trouble shooting capabilities. HVAC experience. Working knowledge of DC voltage and hydraulics.
