Summary: be the reponsible person to focus on the customers while increasing the overall sales. Able to train, motivate & moniter all employees. Uphold company policies & create a cuture that concentrates on service, promoting & sales.

Other Duties & Responiblities:

* Job Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Teamwork, Quality Focus, Customer Service, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Customer Focus, Organization, Integrity, Productivity

* Opening & Closing the store, following procedures for

*maximizie speed to get customers checked out & trian cashiers

* implement & follow thru on all Ace Hardware programs

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;

* set a positive example for employees to follow company procedures

* maintain proficency in all store technology  ie. acenet, POS, Pc work.*

* maintain the use of walkie talkies on the sales floor for better service

*assign the appropriate associate for the task

*monitor the cashier & front end service

*audit cash daily & depoists to ensure cash balance

*particapate in & deliver emloyee evaluations

*actively particapate in recuiting & hiring

* over see the inventory & ordering
