Manager, Enterprise System

Overview
Manager - Supply Chain Solutions is responsible for the design, implementation, and on-going support/maintenance of Supply Chain solutions. The qualified candidate's minimum capabilities include good understanding and experience with software development methodologies, Supply Chain COTS packages implementation, managing internal and external resources in a matrix structure, developing program roadmaps, managing budgets, and deploying scheduled software releases. In addition, the candidate should have hands-on working knowledge of project management methodologies and the development and maintenance of enterprise applications.

ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Industrial, MIS, or CS. MBA and/or MS preferred with a concentration in Supply Chain Management 6 8 years of project management experience with enterprise systems development and maintenance Prior experience implementing Supply Chain solutions such as i2, Manugistics, Retek, SAP SCM, JDA, etc. Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle specially pertaining to COTS packages Experience with systems integration of COTS packages and custom built applications Functional knowledge of retail supply chain and fulfillment processes - merchandising, inventory management, replenishment planning, distribution/warehousing, and logistics Software packages evaluation and custom software development experience preferred Familiarity with EAI technologies such as WebMethods, BEA Weblogic preferred Supply Chain industry certifications (APICS, VCIS, etc.) QualificationsManage the development and maintenance of Supply Chain systems Lead implementation of supply chain technology solutions (i2, Manugistics, Retek, SAP SCM, JDA, etc.) Collaborate with internal business partners for development and maintenance required to support FedEx Kinko's business needs Establish and maintain relationships with various corporate, field, and vendor constituents necessary for successful projects delivery Managerial duties include, but are not limited to: Translation of business requirements into development tasks and deliverables Resource management and team leadership Management of issues, risks, scope, and budget Executive reporting and communication Definition, maintenance, and communication of project timeline Vendor management Coordinate release of software, new builds, functionality, with engineering, QA and other technology development teams EOE M/F/D/V Benefits Benefits Website
