Manager, Facility Maintenance & Asset Mgmt

The primary purpose of this position is the complete oversight and management of all supply chain facilities, maintenance, asset management, staffing, and ensuring total readiness and reliability of the supply chain network. Also responsible for tracking and measurements relating to budget, labor utilization, spare part procurement and inventory management. Acts as facilitator of company Computerized Maintenance Management Software system (CMMS). Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: Responsible for maintenance of best practices and process improvement. Performs complete utilization, integration, and facilitation of Computerized Maintenance Management Software system (CMMS). Responsible for asset management, inclusive of tracking, accounting, budgeting, replacement, and quantification. Performs Human Resources, Staffing, and Professional Development duties, inclusive of skill assessment and training. Responsible for regulatory and SOP compliance and validation through annual site audits. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering or Facility Management CPMM or CMRP Certification preferred; plus experience in CMMS, Planning and Scheduling, or Budgeting and Planning, Project Management experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
