Manager, Global Sourcing

Responsible for managing supplier relationships with certain key suppliers and assisting with the development and implementation of supply chain strategies specific to technology applications.

ResponsibilitiesManage the development and deployment of commodity, functional, and project strategiesParticipate in cross functional projects and processesCommunicate, both written and verbally, to customers and senior management predominately through PowerPointAssist in developing and evaluating request for information (RFI) and request for proposals (RFP) and other RFx processesEstablish and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned supply markets (capabilities, market conditions and trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, etc.)Perform cost benefit analysis for key project deliverablesEstablish and manage supplier standardsQualificationsExperience in software negotiations and technology contracts requiredEducational requirements: Bachelor degree required, MBA preferredMinimum of 3 years sourcing management experienceStrong communication and customer service skills (both internal and external)Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skillsExpertise in technology applications requiredAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and mange changing targets and goalsEOE M/F/D/V BenefitsBenefits Website
