Latro Consulting Group, Inc. is recruiting Store Management (Store Managers & Assistant Store Managers) and Multi-Unit Management for our Grocery and Big Box Retail clients in your area - Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi.

 

Qualified  Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers and Multi-Unit Managers will be:Hard working.Forward thinking. Enthusiastic and energetic. Managers will be responsible for:Efficient and courteous customer service throughout the store(s).Daily full store operations and responsibilities - including: Customer service levels. Associate development. Achieving sales, profit, payroll goals. Insure accountability to corporate operating standards, store standards and pricing integrity. Coach and develop associates; including identifying potential candidates for promotion and building plans for their individual professional growth.

Requirements:Perspective candidates must currently live in or within a reasonable commute radius of the area.  Some exceptions will be considered for superior performers with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals.Department Management, Assistant Store Management, Store Management, District Management, Regional Management or Multi-Unit Management experience in a nationally or regionally recognized grocery company and/or big box retail company is required.Must have experience managing multiple people, departments and stores/units (as applicable). Must be proficient with scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, P&L analysis, project management, personnel management and multi-tasking.
