The incumbent will utilize process analysis and project management skills to implement initiatives that support a streamlined, efficient, well defined Marketing Organization and act as an overall change agent involved in all aspects of continual improvement and the development of the Marketing operation.Qualifications1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing process maps through routine sessions with individual leaders and the leadership team as a group2. Provide recommendations for process consistency and drive best practices across Sears/Kmart/CustomerDirect and Shared Services3. Lead, drive and support change that creates unified marketing processes within the marketing organization and through cross collaboration with other functional areas4. Identifies gaps and opportunities within the marketing process that should be streamlined for efficiency 5. Works with marketing partners to support and execute against process plans6. Works with marketing partners to create and maintain a consistent list of Key performance metrics, reports and/or dashboards 7. Directs efforts with HR, Training, IT, Finance and Procurement to support new marketing processes and/or systems8. Provide Project Management oversight and guidance for key marketing initiatives9. Develop and maintain appropriate project documentation based on the Sears Project Management methodology10. Supports Home office communication plans11. Provide process support for ad-hoc initiatives 12. Provide audit support as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/Training BA/BS in Business, or its equivalent experience is requiredExperience 5+ years experience in a process analysis, project management or business analyst role. Role specific abilities/skills " MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)" Flowcharting Software (Visio preferred)" Strong quantitative/analytical skills" High energy individual with history of delivering results" Experience in Sears Sigma or process improvement management" Excellent communication skills both verbal and written" Ability to function independently" Convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors " Effective time management skills" Able to communicate and influence upward as well as downward in the organization.
