RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the execution of visual brand direction within all Timberland Factory Outlets, an approximately $150M business.  Responsibilities include - Window Execution: Manage the execution of monthly window display changes.  Create concepts by gathering key story information from the retail buying team, develop creative briefs to communicate to Global Creative Services for development and present senior leadership for final approval.  Develop communications for store management to execute in store. Visual Merchandising:  Manage the execution of quarterly floorsets and signage.  Develop floorsets by reviewing product flow and creating new concepts on how to display product which will enhance sales while being able to execute in store.  Coordinate plans with planning and allocations teams to align with in-store promotions.  New Store Opening:  Oversee fixing layout for new store openings by analyzing floorplans to ensure fixturing aligns with current strategies and maximizes capacity to achieve sales plans in coordination with planning and allocations team.  Budget:  Oversee visual merchandising budget, developing new ideas to maximize visual marketing budget to achieve greatest impact and achieve sales plans.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years experience in visual merchandising or marketing, ideally in a factory outlet environment.  Strong creative ability, ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities skills, effective presentation skills required.
