The position is based in Issaquah, WA.  Occasional overnight travel to Phoenix, AZ and frequent daily travel to several Puget Sound locations is required.

Responsibilities:Build relationships with all levels of operations to gain a thorough understanding of all operating procedures of the business. Make recommendations regarding training needs to align curriculum with strategic objectives. Design, implement and manage rollout of training programs to meet specific needs of the Company. Assist in the development, management, facilitation and presentation of meetings and training classes. Create and conduct train-the-trainer classes for Store Managers and Area Managers. Monitor and develop training skills of Store Managers and Area Managers. Manage and update all training programs and classes. Provide standup classroom instruction to Sales Associates, Supervisors, and Managers

Requirements:Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Proven ability to Train-the-Trainer Previous training program/classroom development Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years instructional design and course development preferably in the retail, restaurant or Rent-to Own industry. Extensive knowledge of retail store operations practices. Effective oral and written communication and project management skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal associates. Open and honest communication skills Ability to analyze training needs and create vialble programs to address those needs Excellent computer skills-Advanced Microsoft Word and familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a necessity Microsoft Access skills a plus Previous operations experience is desiredOccasional reimbursed overnight travel to Phoenix, AZFrequent reimbursed daytime travel to training locations throughout Puget SoundMust currently reside in the greater Seattle area
