Market Grocery Manager

This position will be based in Stockton,CA.¿ Drives Fresh business by assessing trends and demographics and ensuring effective merchandise presentation ¿ Models, enforces and provides direction and guidance to associates on proper customer service and needs of the community ¿ Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and quality assurance regulations ¿ Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates in multiple facilities by selection training and diversity inclusion. Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in retail; must include at least one year of food retail experience and one-year experience managing multiple units, and/or salaried management. 2. Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 3. Proven strategic and analytical thinking. 4. Successfully implemented clear Merchandise strategy in previous position. 5. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills that show future potential.Additional Preferred Requirements 1. Preferred Standard Safety Qualifications (e.g. ServeSafe Certification) 2.
