Marketing Assistant

Outlets at Castle Rock has an immediate opening for a part-time Marketing Assistant, who serves as an integral part of the management team by supporting the marketing efforts of the Center. 

Responsibilities:Assists the Marketing Director with tenant follow up for marketing programs, events and meetings. Assists the management team with tenant and customer relations. Coordinate printing and distribution of promotional materials, such as flyers, POP, Customer Comment Forms, etc.  Coordinate marketing mailings, including preparing labels, obtaining postage, collation and stuffing.  Responsible for compilation, analysis, reporting and distribution of weekly traffic report.Responsible for producing the Center Newsletter for monthly distribution.

Qualifications:Associate's degree with emphasis in Marketing or Public RelationsMinimum of two years training and experince within a marketing environment. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Proficient with computers

Other Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to manage a complex array of strategic and tactical projects simultaneously and maintain a professional attitude with other employees, customers and consultants. Must be self-motivated and a big idea thinker.
