Marketing Coordinator

Strasburg Children currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator at our Home Office in Lenexa, Kansas.  The Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of marketing. Primary responsibilities include daily communication with Store Managers, scheduling and designing of mailings/advertisement, partnering with members of Marketing Team on projects, and updating/utilizing information in our internal database.

Overall, this is a detail oriented position which requires a strong sense of responsibility and accuracy. A successful candidate will be able to not only work independently, but also thrive as a member of a team-oriented marketing department. Strong organizational skills and flexibility in workflow are must-have qualities - every workday is not the same.

Qualifications: Minimum of an Associates degree plus 2+ years related experience. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Quark, and general database management. Experience with InDesign and Photoshop a plus. Previous work experience must include a track record of success in a detail oriented, deadline-driven position with a further desire to take on challenging new creative projects.
