Marketing Customer Service Representative

The primary responsibility of this position is to handle phone calls and emails from customers, retailers, field staff, corporate staff and retail support centers. This individual will be handling calls regarding the specifics of the Ace Rewards program, acehardware.com, and rebates. In addition, they will also be responsible for resolving complex customer issues. This position is highly visible and vital to supporting our corporate mission of being helpful.
