As a National Sales Marketing Manager, you will leverage existing national client relationships to identify and execute on integrated marketing campaigns and opportunities that increase results within the account. This includes the creation, implementation, and measurement of campaigns that deliver against customer and business needs. Important to your success will be ability to integrate implementation efforts of marketing initiatives across functions and organizations to ensure a consistent brand image and optimization of customer contacts.QualificationsSpecific responsibilities include:"Develop and execute marketing plans for new and underpenetrated national account programs"Strong conceptual understanding of integrated marketing activities; can effectively research and implement new marketing techniques and strategies"Act as the point person with sales teams and provide marketing expertise to develop plans"Interfaces with customers to understand marketing opportunities and delivers recommendations"Prioritize initiatives by largest impact "Manage marketing budgets for each account"Understand and communicate customer insights and utilize to deliver optimal campaigns"Ensure messages are on brand for the LEBO business and the client"Present plans to clients and LEBO senior team"Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaignsSkill/Experience Requirements:"5+ years in a marketing role"Ability to develop and deliver marketing plans that drive business results"Strong leadership and consensus building skills, can effectively sell ideas both internally and externally"The ability to develop successful business relationships and work at all levels of the organization"Must possess business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills"Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, develop and research alternatives, and make customer-focused recommendations"Strong project management skills; able to deliver consistent high quality results on time and within budget"Ability to focus the organization on efforts that add significant value"Ability to direct the work of indirect reports as well as cross-functional partners both within Lands End and the client organization.Sears is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
