The Position:   Marketing Manager – Retail Stores

In this role, you will partner with the merchandising, operations and field arms of the retail and international divisions to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive store traffic and brand awareness, while maintaining consistency with corporate and top-line branding goals and objectives.

 Key member of execution team for on marketing programs at the national, regional, district and store level Evaluate and approve marketing requests/opportunities and advertising plans targeted to local and specific store strategies.Manage all aspects of sales collateral/tools, promotional activities, for retail and related initiatives.  Proof and review all related marketing materials as submitted by the art department for production.Primary marketing liaison for communication with international to insure all locations are consistent with brand message and corporate marketing guidelines.  Manage retail marketing budget

Ideal candidate will have a marketing or related degree, 5 + experience in retail with background in/exposure to marketing aspects of the business, ability to manage multiple projects and good understanding of merchandising concepts and budgeting. In addition, we’re look for someone with strengths in the following areas: interpersonal, presentation, organization, and computer skills.
