Member of the Technical Staff (MTS) – End User Support Team

Responsibilities

This position provides direct senior-level IT support to end-users. You will be working on the front line to deliver outstanding Customer support to employees at Stores, Support Center and Corporate office by providing timely response and resolution to technical problems.

 Lead and resolve technical escalation requests from more junior IT team members.

 Lead and support technology projects.

 Troubleshoot and repair end-user computer systems and peripherals including: desktops, notebooks, Blackberry and other PDA devices; Point of Sale (POS) Systems; printers and multi-function devices; bar code scanners; check and credit/debit card readers; electronic scales; wireless devices; and other systems.

 Respond to move, add and change requests.

 Serve as the on-site eyes and hands, when requested, for other remote IT support groups.

 Utilize remote control applications to correct issues, install/update software and configure IT systems.

 Use IT Help Desk system, email, text messaging and cell phone to receive, update status, escalate and close trouble tickets.

 Support Store openings, remodels and other projects as required.
