DavidBartonGym (DBG), the hottest gym in the country, is seeking sales professionals who have a refined sense of customer service, sales experience and the desire to work in a high-energy, dynamic, goal oriented sales environment.

DBG currently has locations in New York City, Miami and Chicago and is recognized in the fitness industry for our success in personal training, our innovative group training programs and the superior level of service we provide. Our Membership Advisors play a critical role in developing our membership base and retaining our members by providing consistent, value-added service. If you have previous sales experience with an ability to build relationships, strong customer service focus, communication, organization, time management and follow-up skills, we want to hear from you.


Salary

$50K - $130K *The Membership Advisor is a full-time position and is compensated through a combination of base salary and commissions based on business drivers.

Requirements

·  Achieve/exceed sales goals for new memberships, renewal memberships and private training sales and renewals.

·  Create outreach opportunities and consistently communicate with existing members to create new business leads.

·  Daily prospecting, both externally and internally, is required.

·  Demonstrate an interest in the fitness industry and be knowledgeable about all DBG products and services.

·  Creativity and goal driven attitude

·  Availability to work days, evening, weekends and holidays as needed.
