We offer the following benefits: 25% discount on merchandise competitive salary career advancement an excellent benefits package including Vacation/Sick/Holiday pay, Medical/Dental/Disability/Life and AD&D insurance & 401k. ------------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities: Working with merchant team(s) - create yearly, seasonal, and monthly topside merchandise financial plans at the sku, class, and department level Sales, Inventory, Gross Margin, Markdown, and Initial Markup Working with merchant team(s) – Analyze and manage markdowns at the sku, class, and department level Manage Allocation / Replenishment Team Continually develop and improve merchandise planning process as well as analyze the business and produce seasonal generic floor plans Identify and forecast business trends to maximize sales and profit while minimizing risk. Manage inventory levels against the plan through weekly OTB. Act as a resource to Store Assortment Planners in assigning assortments to stores and to the Buyers by analyzing opportunities to improve the business through standard and original reporting. Requirements Skills and Experience Required 4-7 Years similar experience Working knowledge of merchandise planning systems or tools In-depth knowledge of the merchandise planning process from the top/down and bottom/up perspective.
