Merchandiser

 

This position is responsible for providing merchandising and related services to various retail stores. The employee in this position is tasked with assuring that exceptional customer service is maintained.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities: Completes service calls for specified vendor and/or departments within several assigned retail stores. Understands and maintains vendor plan-o-grams. Replaces and maintains vendor POP as needed. Completes vendor specific resets as required. Performs assembly for vender displays. Provides continuous, courteous and professional customer service to vendors, store personnel, and store customers. Maintains good work habits and arrives at appointments punctually. Works independently to meet deadlines and achieve results. Performs other related duties as required.

 

Position Requirements:1-2 years experience building ready-to-assemble (RTA) furniture Must have access to email Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve results Must have reliable transportation Must have valid driver's license 1-2 years experience in a retail environment


This position will cover 2 stores in the HATTIESBURG area.  This position will spend 5 hours doing retail Merchandising and light assembly.  *Flexible schedule*

 

$10 - $12.00 per hour
