This position will report to the Director of Merchandising Analytics.QualificationsResponsibilities" Implements change effectively. The incumbent must be an effective change agent driven to support and implement change consistently. They must help define and implement the processes and tools used to drive and monitor change in the Merchandising Analytics. " Understands the needs of our customers. The incumbent must possess a team oriented, customer centric approach to work, as well as a passion for learning and innovation. The incumbent must be able manage their workload and projects focused on the end goal of serving our internal and external customers. They must also be able to lead effective team meetings. " Communicates effectively. The incumbent must possess strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. They must be able to communicate simply and effectively in order to gain customer understanding, buy-in and support. " Effectively partners with cross functional team members. Works collaboratively with individuals on all levels from various functions (e.g. supply chain, finance, marketing, HR). " Contributes to the continuous improvement of change and project management. As lessons are learned, the incumbent must help refine and update the documented standards/tools used by the Merchandising Analytics department.Skill/Experience Requirements" Bachelor degree required with a minimum of four years of professional experience; or masters degree with a minimum two years of professional experience." Minimum 2 years of experience with process improvement and design. " Incumbent should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills." Incumbent must enjoy and be effective at working across the organization." Prior experience in the retail industry is desired, but not mandatory."
