Our business continues to be strong. We are growing and need talented Merchants to join our team. Our Merchants support the brand objectives and deliver sales and profit targets. They work effectively with all cross-functional partners (i.e., Design, Planning & Allocation, Production & Sourcing, Marketing & Visual, etc.) to deliver departmental plans. They manage and gather customer and competitive information that drives the strategic view of the line. They have an eye for fashion trends and are able to translate that into business results.

Essential Tasks
1. Accountable for product specific area
2. Understands the customer through concentrated profiling and customer intimacy
3. Provides customer an assortment with a “one-eye” point of view that works within the complete brand vision
4. Supports Merchandise Manager with the strategic view of the line
5. Intense involvement in competitive patterning hypothesis, analytics and qualitative findings
