Multimedia Designer / Developer

The Multimedia Designer/Developer will be involved in the creation and production of a wide variety of interactive projects (websites, email marketing, interactive sales tools, videos, etc). You will act as the bridge between the creative (both internal departments and external agencies), e-commerce, and the technical teams to provide expertise on how to best produce highly usable interactive pieces. Develop content into dynamic multimedia pages, create Create interactive Flash banners and promotions, provide ongoing graphics support and design/layouts for eCommerce site and overall online presence.

Required Skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Works directly with Web Designer to produce creative designs.
• Experience with web site usability and user experience engineering.
• Passionate about the web environment with a creative eye towards future functionality.
• Manage project timelines to ensure that website updates are on time and complete.



Job Specifications
„X A Bachelor¡¦s Degree is required
„X Minimum of 3 years of Web and Flash design experience in creating ecommerce content.
„X Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Fireworks), FTP, JSP, AJAX,HTML advanced knowledge, Internet and email applications.
„X Video experience in editing and the creation/usage of FLV.
„X Expertise in XHTML and building web-standards based, table-less CSS designs.
„X Intermediate/Advanced Flash/Actionscript experience.
„X Must know JavaScript/DOM, especially in coordinating Flash with HTML based elements.
„X Strong communication and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment .
„X SEO experience .
„X Knowledge of sound editing a plus.
