Requirements: Must be highly driven for success and have an extreme desire to win. Must understand that selling is a process and not an event. We are searching for experienced salespeople who have a true understanding of the selling profession. Ability to grow in a business environment and proceed to the next level of responsibility. Ability to sell with a high degree of integrity with the full understanding that selling is something you do for and with someone, not to them. Past New Home Sales is NOT required.
