Responsible for Recruiting, Screening and Recommending candidates for all open positions. Recruiting Store Management and Staff for all new store openings. Attend College Recruitment and Job Fairs. Create and Develop Employment Marketing Plans and Recruitment and Retention Strategies. Post Jobs on Internet and Company Web Site and Source Internet Resume Data Bases and Cold Call to recruit candidates. College Degree Preferred Excellent Communicative, written and verbal  Heavy travel required, must have a flexiable schedule Knowledge of Human Resources Retail management experience preferred Must have retail recruiting experience Local Candidates only
