National Sales Manager
Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers, a premium hardwood furniture maker know nationally to a discriminating clientele is looking to fill a National Sales Manager Position to work out of their Auburn Maine facility.
The position requirements are as follows:
Increasing sales activity and meet sales goals through direct sales management and the execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategy in all new and existing showroom locations, at our call center, and through trade shows. Increase the selling skills of staff through training and staff recruiting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Showroom Management and Call Center Management Regular Travel to national showroom locations to provide sales support and developing short and long term sales and marketing strategies. Facilitate two way communications between our manufacturing facility and all showroom locations with regard to new product introduction to the market, showroom sales and marketing intuitive execution and planned sales events etc. Plan various in showroom product events and lecture series. Analyze and maintain showroom inventory content to maximize selling Manage individual showroom visual merchandising, and facilities standards to meet Corporate and Brand Standards Manage of a telephone and ecommerce call center sales and service team. Operating budget and expense control responsibly.
Sales Management & Customer Relations Work with the Customer Service Manager to develop and maintain an effective customer relations management system. Manage performance of showroom personnel through the effective use of regular feedback, performance appraisals and the development of annual job plans. Develop a staff secession plan in each location. Identify and build long-term business relationships with strategic partners to build brand awareness. Directly communicate with customer's to resolve customer service failures issues. Develop and maintain an effective training program for all showroom personnel ensuring consistency of approach and product knowledge.
Showroom Opening Strategy Development Activities include primary site research of potential new showroom locations. Recruit, hire and train all necessary showroom personnel. Facilitate other activities related to opening new showrooms

Strong leadership abilities with effective problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively with customers Strong selling skills and sales and management skills in high end luxury brands. Accomplished background in retail and Sales Management Strong oral & written communication skills. Ability to balance internal operational needs and external market trends Strong analytical merchandising abilities. Ability to create and contribute to a positive work environment for co- workers and direct report employees Sales Negotiation skills
