Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries is opening our newest location near Boston University.  We are looking for talented people to work for a non-profit organization but who also have experience running and working in a retail business.  Full and part time positions are available for Sales Associates; all other positions are full time,

 

We are looking to fill the following positions:

 

Store Manager

This position is responsible for maintaining and supervising a productive and efficient store that creates an enjoyable environment for customers to shop.  Store managers are accountable for budget, cost control, store revenue and loss prevention as well as managing and developing store employees.

 

Assistant Manager

This position is responsible to assist the store manager maintain and supervise a well-organized and efficient store that creates an enjoyable environment customers to shop.

 

Supervisor

This position is responsible for performing Sales Associate duties and providing supervision to Sales Associates.  This position is also responsible for monitoring registers and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.  Provides cashier and customer service.

 

Sales Associate

This position is responsible for providing service to customers with efficient sales, good merchandising and service in a pleasant and clean retail environment.
