Office/Operations Manager

High-end retail jewelry store with locations in the Renaissance Plaza, Flemington, NJ and the Bridgewater Commons Mall, Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an Office/Operations Manager for our state-of-the-art jewelry shop in the Flemington location.

Job Description:

Responsible for managing a team of jewelers and act as a liaison to the office and sales staff. In charge of planning, scheduling, and processing of repairs, special orders, and custom design work. Responsible for timely planning, establishing production priorities, quality, as well as strict adherence to the customer service standards.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience preferred, but we will train a person with the right skills. We are looking for a person who isDetail-oriented Has excellent organizational skills Has an excellent ability to multi-task Knows how to manage his/her time and could provide time-management for other team members Has excellent communication skills Has excellent computer skills and good knowledge of EXCEL and Microsoft Word
