Oilily is excited to announce the opening of our newest Boutique in the Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlet located in Mercedes, TX!!

 

Manage and develop a unique business.

 

The desired candidate will possess individuality, intelligence and creativity.  He / She should bring a combination of two to four years of successful store line management experience in a high-end apparel environment, a strong appreciation for merchandising and a proven record for developing sales and profits through intensive client services and team building.

 

Our company features a collection of high-end women and children’s apparel.  Our clothes express a capacity for joy through exquisite, colorful prints and textiles.  We are equally proud of our fabulous team of store managers who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to meet the rigorous requirements of running a premium boutique. 

 

Specifically, the candidate will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Boutique including, but not limited to:

 

·  Business Development - Maximize full price sales through personal shopping, community outreach programs, and event planning.

 

·  Client Services – must be willing and have the ability to serve as a hands on “role model & leader” for the development of a proactive selling culture. 

 

·  Human Resources – emphasis on recruiting, motivating, developing and retaining top quality talent in a unique, creative and entrepreneurial environment.

 

·  Visual & Store Presentation – must be willing to work within corporate guidelines intended to build brand image, identity and market share and interpret them positively to the local market.

 

·  Operations & Administrative – must have a disciplined and practical approach to managing the details and mechanics of the business including cost controls, inventory shortage, payroll budget, regular priced sell through, four wall profitability, and profit and loss statement.

 

The desired candidate is an analytical business manager who combines leadership of a team and strategic business acumen.  The individual should be flexible, charismatic and approachable.  He / She should be collaborative in attitude, particularly in dealing with subordinate’s, peer’s and the home office.

·  Experienced in retail cultures where the quality of the consumer experience, uniqueness and innovation of the product line is valued.

 

·  A dynamic personality and presence with excellent listening skills who will consistently practice them within the OILILY organization and externally with clients and market.

 

·  Skilled in motivating a team while understanding individual needs to achieve maximum productivity.
