The desired Boutique Manager candidate will be enthusiastic and possess the ability to effectively communicate and develop lasting client relationships with an affluent customer base.

 

Specifically, the candidate must be experienced or prepared to learn and support our Store Manager to service our customers in a manner that exceeds expectations:

 

  Customer Service

-  Ensure each customer is greeted in a warm, friendly and engaging manner

-  Introduce each customer to the unique and whimsical details of our collection

-  Develop a rapport with client to determine lifestyle / wardrobe needs

-  Conduct effective client communication during and after the sale

-  Successfully acquire and cultivate new clients for the boutique

-  Follow up on all customer requests

 

Related Responsibilities

-  Accurately and efficiently complete all point of sale transactions

-  Maintain accurate client contact information on computer data base

-  Contribute to the receipt verification process of incoming shipments

-  Compliant with Loss Prevention Policies & Procedures

-  Support and adhere to all OILILY Policies & Procedures
