Work with external online media and online creative agencies on each campaign stage - from strategy to execution to post delivery analysis.Qualifications1. Management of Sears and Kmart online media campaigns such as branding, category affinity, etc. 2. Work closely with agency to establish media objectives and ongoing program evaluation3. Partner with internal SHC media/merchandising teams on online media integration opportunities4. Evaluate and recommend new emerging advertising/marketing mediums for SHC5. Drive execution of the recommended opportunities6. Explore all media opportunities and creative opportunities, including rich media 7. Collaborate with online creative agency on execution of creative objectives8. Accountable for complete and ongoing analysis of each program based on established metric/awareness goals9. Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and be flexible10. Responsible for communication/stewardship of budgets and financial reports11. Responsible for integration of online/emerging channels media with mass media agency12. Perform necessary project management/coordination efforts across internal SHC departmentsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/Training College degree- BS/BA Preferred Minimum Education Bachelors Level DegreeExperience Minimum 5 years related experienceRole specific abilities/skills " Project management experience" Strong analytical skills" Strong organizational skills with attention to detail" Online and/or search marketing a plus" Superior relationship/teamwork building skills" Proactive and innovative in leading projects" Excellent oral and written communications" Opportunistic management style" Ability to manage outside resources/agency team.
