Pacific Sunwear offers apparel, accessories and footwear for teens andyoung adults through its 960 PacSun stores located across the United Statesand Puerto Rico. Position Description:

Devise online seasonal and promotional strategies that drive maximum success through each online channel including the website, athletic and style content sites, email, mobile, and all third party partners. Work closely with chain marketing to ensure appropriate brand translation through each channel. Contribute to visitor and customer acquisition and retention campaigns. Track and analyze results and adjust plans. Oversee online marketing calendar for PacSun.com. Additionally, seek out marketing partner relationships with other non-competitive companies to create unique promotions to help gain exposure, increase web and store traffic, build customer profiles and drive additional sales. Primary Duties• Devise PacSun.com’s seasonal marketing and promotional strategies that drive maximum success through each online channel including the website, email, mobile, and all third party partners. Work closely with Brand Marketing to properly translate offline programs and promotions into dynamic online experiences. Manage promotional calendar. • Work closely with other members of online marketing, operations, buying and design to execute campaigns. • Perform day-to-day management of ongoing programs, including updating content management systems and reports.

Qualifications:

- 5 years relevant online marketing experience with 1-2 years experience in Action Sports field or retail marketing.- 2-3 years email marketing experience, specifically, promotional messaging and creative direction. Highly analytical.- Technology savvy and well-connected in Internet, eCommerce and Technology- Mobile marketing a plus- Extensive experience with analytics and research- tracking promotions. - Experience running programs for online acquisition, conversion and retention - Creative thinker and problem solver. Planful and organized.- Experience developing and executing online marketing plans and programs- Experience translating brands offline to online- Must be an avid online user - Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Interest/knowledge of web 2.0, loyalty programs and SEO - all pluses
