This will include coordinating the online calendars, ensuring all campaigns are developed and executed, managing the overall ongoing site operations in conjunction with the operations team, working on improving quick hit efforts, implementing a more dynamic campaign rotation, optimizing site performance, and working with the information manager to best understand how the site is performing for the customer and where it can be optimized. Establish a site rotation calendar for all activities: marketing, sales, content, editorial2. Execute and ensure execution of site activities3. Implement Offermatica campaigns on www.managemyhome.com and www.searspartsdirect.com 4. Coordinate with site operations team to ensure ongoing site performance is maintained5. Establish and improve all web to offline channel experiences end-to-end6. Work with program management office for planning and milestone related efforts7. Work with information manager to use data to better improve the onsite experience and customer experienceExperience 1. 5 years of working experience, with the majority in a retail, consumer packaged goods, B2C or home product and service company.2. Online marketing experience, particularly focused on website content management and marketing3. Applied marketing data analytics4. Offermatica campaign management experience (or other online campaign tool execution)5. Project management6. Strong communication and presentation skills7. Executive management skills8.
