Operations Coordinator - Ames

Description:Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions currently has an opening for an Operations Coordinator in our Ames, IA center!The Operations Coordinator services prospective and enrolled students and is responsible for basic day-to-day Center Operations, including student counseling and basic center accounting functions.RESPONSIBILITIES: Input leads, payments, etc., accurately and quickly, and ensure that mailings are processed correctly and received promptly by customers. Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist the hub data base administrator. Ensure that hub computers, phone systems, etc., are maintained in excellent working order. Coordinate hub communication with the spokes. Assist with the administration of the hub operations budget. Coordinate with hub and center personnel, corporate office and customers to evaluate and meet service and performance goals. Assist in managing staff scheduling, room rentals, class management, student service, payroll and hub facility management.
