Position Summary:

 

Zappos.com is looking for an energetic, friendly and organized person to assist in supervising the daily operations within the Outlet Store.  The Supervisor will be responsible for setting the example of “WOW” customer service to all outlet sales representatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Securing nightly deposits, making daily deposits to US Bank

· Ensuring inventory is at maximum levels in the retail store

· Reconciling cash, checks, and credit card sales at the end of the shift

· Supplying end of month inventory numbers to management

· Scheduling, training, motivating associates of outlet retail store

· Verifying ADP hours for outlet team

· Ensuring quality service for every customer who visits

· Promoting WOW Service to both our external and internal customers

· Communicating with manager for weekly goals and tasks accomplished

· Excellent Attendance

· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

· AS in related study or equivalent job experience or 2 years management experience

· 2 years experience in retail operations

· 2+ years supervision or management experience

· Basic to Advanced Computer skills including Microsoft Office

· Strong work ethic with a customer service focus

· Professional Communication Skills required

· Prior retail experience is a must.

· Able to work effectively with others in a team oriented environment.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Basic computer knowledge is required.

· Basic internet navigation skills.

· Knowledge of brands, styles, and web pricing is required.

· Be appropriate, polite, and have an impeccable work ethic.

· Posses a WOW customer service attitude.

· Posses a sense of urgency and self motivation.

· Able to thrive and be comfortable working in a fast-growing always changing environment.

· Flexible, adaptable and available to work weekends, nights, and overtime.

· Have the ability to multi-task with excellent follow through.
