POS Support Supervisor - Employee Response Center

Do you want to use your analytical and technical abilities while developing your management skills? The Employee Response Center (ERC) at Dollar General is currently seeking a POS Support Supervisor to supervise approximately 10 (ten) ERC Representatives and effectively manage the entire call center. The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the ERC Technical Services Manager in the development and management of POS team processes. The individual in this role will also develop, implement and maintain various technical tools used by both the ERC and other external departments. The top candidate will have advanced Microsoft Access skills, experience with Crystal reporting and .ASPX.

***The schedule for this position requires one to work Saturdays and at least two late shifts per week.***1 year call center supervision experience preferred 2-3 years customer service experience 1-2 years experience in POS hardware/software support preferred College degree preferred, but not required Ability to understand, analyze and evaluate the call flow of a call center Strong belief in customer satisfaction Thorough knowledge in Excel, Word, Access, MS SQL, HTML, Crystal Reports and Applix (or other call tracking software) Self motivated, disciplined and organized Strong relationship building and teamwork skills Ability to effectively communicate with various personalities in a high paced, stressed environment Strong desire to lead, motivate, and develop people Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Desire to learn and grow in areas of greater responsibility Ability to multi-task on various projects IT Professional Certifications (A+, Network +, MCP, etc.) desirable


Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential.
