Part Time Installation Leader - WILL NOT LEAD TO FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT

The Installation Leader is a part time position with the world's leader in the personal expression industry.  You will be supervising a group of retail merchandisers to complete installation activities including moving card departments, building fixtures and/or merchandising product.  You will be responsible for performance management, motivation, hiring and training of retail merchandisers.  You will also be responsible for managing installation budgets, travel budgets, and all other costs associated with installations.

 

The ideal candidate will posses solid organizational and administrative skills and be a strong team leader.

 

Basic qualifications include:

· Able to read and understand English

· Have reliable transportation

· Have access to an analog land line phone.  Analog phone service is basic telephone service provided by the local telephone company.  Not compatible with the technology used in this position is digital phone service provided by companies like Vonage or internet carriers such as Time Warner, Comcast or Cox, and others.

· Have access to the Intranet and e-mail

· Be at least 18 year of age, but if residing in Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Puerto Rico, Virginia, or Washington, then you must be at least 16 years of age with appropriate work permit, as required.

 

Physical requirements include:

· Able to frequently stand for a prolonged period of time

· Able to regularly bend, squat and reach overhead

· Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance

 

Salary is based on experience and geography.
