Part Time National Retail Field Representative, SEAGOVILLE AREA !!

Job ID: 145946Position Description: Responsible for the support of Indirect Agent Channel by proactively increasing AT&T’s dealers presence in assigned territories or accounts through coaching, mentoring, educating and training retail store personnel. -Supports National Retail accounts only-Focus is tactical-Primary interface is with Store Department managers-Ensures AT&T presence through merchandising and periodic side-by-side sellingPartners with store management and wireless sales personnel of National Retail to represent the AT&T product line and ensure AT&T gains mind share in assigned retail locations. This includes, but is not limited to: conducting role-plays and mentoring of sales associates on a regular basis to ensure offers and/or promotions initiated by accounts/company are flawlessly executed; customize and deliver training to fit the needs of each retailer; manage the roll-out of National Retail programs, tools and training. Executes and inspects results of existing programs and initiatives.Work with retailer store and district management to meet mutual objectives. Analyze business reports for trending and communicate findings to local retailer management. Customize comprehensive training program to ensure all store personnel are aware of the AT&T Advantage and how to most effectively position AT&T products and services. Design and execute action plans to reduce churn and improve the in-store and post-sale customer experience. Formulate sales plans to meet and exceed specific sales objectives for each location. Serve as SME on incentives and support retailer in implementation and reinforcement of these promotions.Serves as a liaison between the retail store and AT&T to identify and resolve issues. Analyze existing processes to identify and recommend potential policy or procedure improvements. Service as a point of escalation for customer issues requiring higher-level attention than National retailers and/or Customer Service can provide. Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of all customer issues. Participate in events to build and strengthen the relationship with National Retailer Accounts.May act as a company representative at National Retail stores to provide support and engaging in side-by-side selling/shadowing during periods of high traffic (holidays, special events, grand openings, evenings, weekends, etc.)Proactively self-educate on AT&T offerings utilizing tools such as CSP, The Learning Edge, etc. Creates and submits store visit logs to ARSM on a weekly basis. Actively participate in weekly meetings and training sessions hosted by HQ National Retail account management team or local market leadership. Meets/ride-withs weekly or as needed with ARSM/RAM for feedback, scheduled visits and account management activities.Qualifications:THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN THE SEAGOVILLE AREA!Must be able to work: 4pm-9pm on Fridays; 10 am to 7pm on Saturdays and 11am to 6pm on SundaysHigh School diploma or GED1-2 years retail sales experienceStrong communication and problem solving skillsAT&T is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
