Part Time Territory Assistant (TST) - WILL NOT LEAD TO FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT

The Territory Assistant is a part time position with the world’s leader in the personal expression industry.  Depending on the accounts assigned, you may serve as the main store contact and have service and secondary product placement accountabilities /responsibilities for assigned accounts and/or you may be supervising a group of retail merchandisers within a specific geography and will be responsible for performance management, motivation, hiring and training of retail merchandisers and coordinating store level activities.

 

You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with store personnel and management. In addition, you may be responsible for installation activities including moving card departments, building fixtures, and merchandising product.

 

The ideal candidate will possess solid organizational and administrative skills, be able to make decisions on a routine basis without supervisor consultation, be flexible and be a strong team leader

 

Basic qualifications include:

· Eligible to work in the United States

· Able to read and understand English

· Have reliable transportation

· Have access to an analog land line phone.  Analog phone service is basic telephone service provided by the local telephone company.  Not compatible with the technology used in this position is digital phone service provided by companies like Vonage or internet carriers such as Time Warner, Comcast or Cox, and others.

· Have access to the Internet and email

· Must be at least 18 years of age, or if residing in Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Puerto Rico, Virginia, or Washington, then you must be at least 16 years of age with appropriate work permit as required.

 

Physical requirements include:

· Able to frequently stand for a prolonged period of time

· Able to regularly bend, squat and reach overhead

· Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance

 

Salary is based on experience and geography.
